If Michele has an "off" button, we haven't found it yet. There's an undercurrent of high-octane energy that infuses everything she does. Which probably explains why she's involved in all aspects of our business, from client development to hard-core futures research. A pathological learner, you're apt to find her browsing through science journals for the latest developments in genomics or surfing blogs for Asian youth trends - usually at the same time. Because her focus is at least 20 years out, she's able to provide GFA and our clients with pictures of the future that are intensely strategic. She has a passion for showing people "what could be" and her enthusiasm is infectious. Before you know it, clients are lured out of the comfort zone of today and find themselves bungee-jumping into the future. And loving every minute of it.
